How to Order

How to order a custom chimney cap from Master:

1. Register an account on our website.


2. Go to the custom chimney cap product page you want to select color, size, material, and shipping method options you need. If you have any questions, please click to view the buying guide or contact us: info@chimneycapmaster.com.


3. Add the item to your cart, provide your contact and shipping information, and proceed to checkout. (If you choose the custom option, we will provide a final quote and send you a custom link).

4. After placing your order, you will receive a drawing for confirmation within 24 hours (it may take a  bit more time on weekends).
5. Once the drawing is approved, our workshop will begin production.
6. After the production is complete, you will receive a photo of the finished product for confirmation.
7. Once you confirm the photo, we will package your item into a well-protected crates and ship it to your address.
8. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a notification with the tracking number and estimated delivery time.
