Shipping Process
Once you approve the productions photos of your products for shipping, the following steps will take place:
- Crate Making: Preparation of the custom crate for safe shipping and transportation.
- Transfer to Warehouse: Moving the product from our workshop to the warehouse.
- Final Quality Check: A thorough inspection by our technicians and a packaging check by our supply chain.
- Delivery Scheduling: Booking a truck for delivery to your specified address.
Please note that delivery times may vary based on the shipping destination. Typically, pick-up is not available as deliveries are scheduled automatically by our logistics system.
Handling Heavy Products
The chimney caps are heavy and require careful handling. The chimney toppers will send to your address and then you take it into your house. We recommend having 2-3 adults or a forklift to move these items into your house safely.
